The fruit and vegetable processing laboratory is equipped with various types of processing machines and equipments such as fruit juice extractor, driers, cutter, pulper, freezer, cork capping machine, vegetable cutter, pulverizer etc. In this laboratory students learn the pre-harvest and post-harvest processing and preservation of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as preparation quality analysis and storage of various fruits and vegetable based products like jam, jelly, marmalade, cadies, preserve and various fruit based drinks etc.
